Song,\u00a0from\u00a0Pippa\u00a0Passes,\u00a0by\u00a0Robert\u00a0Browning<\/p>\n

The year’s at the spring,
\nAnd day’s at the morn;
\nMorning’s at seven;
\nThe hill-side’s dew-pearled;
\nThe lark’s on the wing;
\nThe snail’s on the thorn;
\nGod’s in his Heaven –
\nAll’s right with the world!<\/em><\/p>\n

On a whim today, I read it to the girls as I was getting Romilly up from her nap. Then I asked them, “Do you know what that poem is called?”<\/p>\n

They\u00a0didn’t\u00a0know.\u00a0\u00a0“It’s\u00a0called\u00a0‘Pippa\u00a0Passes’,\u00a0”\u00a0I\u00a0told\u00a0them.<\/p>\n

Groggy,\u00a0but never to be left out, Romilly was quick to pipe up, with a disgruntled frown on her face:<\/p>\n

“Ro-Ro\u00a0passes,\u00a0too!”<\/p>\n
